2. You understand that DOMINION LENDING CENTRES - A.I.M.I. COLLECTIVE MORTGAGE GROUP maintains its own file containing client's personal information.

3. Client's file will be kept physically at your office until a loan/mortgage is funded, after which, documents must be stored electronically with brokerage approved systems. Client's file will also be subject to the privacy policy of the lender that funds the client's mortgage.

4. While at DOMINION LENDING CENTRES - A.I.M.I. COLLECTIVE MORTGAGE GROUP the access to the client's file is restricted to personnel and service providers (including technology providers) on a need-to-know basis. Personnel are required to safeguard the confidentiality of client's personal information and privacy. You have systems in place which safeguards client's personal information and prevents unauthorized access.

5. Other than as provided under this privacy policy, you do not share client's personal information without client's authorization or when permitted or required by law

6. Clients will have access to their personal information upon request and they may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and such information will be amended as appropriate.
